I was just doing an over nighter for a meeting. I didn't know there was some kind of little league thing going on and that there, approximately, 8,000 children and families there. I had booked a room with two doubles in it because I just use the other bed as a staging area. The person who checked me in asked me if I would prefer a room with a King. I said it didn't matter to me, but if it would help with roll outs or anything because of all the kids, I'm perfectly ok with it. She switches me. I end up with a room all the way on the end of a hallway. As I'm walking to my room, I am besieged by the noises of 250 kids either building an aircraft carrier or destroying one. It was noisy. I get to my room and it was zen-garden quiet. I will not be easily convinced that this person saw where my first room was and switched me here because I would enjoy my stay more. We had small talk about the last time I had been there (it was the same person). She was thoughtful and wonderful. Honestly, I wish I had told her how much I appreciated it. Just a thoughtful gesture that will go unrewarded.

I have stayed at this hotel earlier this year for the same reason at this stay - a climate change refugee from a hurricane (Helene this time). )I was gratified to have no power loss or loss of internet. The front desk folks were again pleasant and helpful. The lobby coffee dispenser is especially appreciated.

The Breakfast was excellent. Katherine was very friendly, diligent and very helpful at the breakfast dining room. The food was delicious and the coffee was flavorful. Thank you so much Katherine for your dedication! And regarding the room the beds were very comfortable!

I liked it was close easy on and off interstate. Near gas stations and restaurants. Cracker Barrel just a short walk away. I need pet friendly, and this hotel was very clean. Rooms didn't smell like past pets. Lots of parking that was well lit. The bed and blankets were very comfortable, and air condition worked well. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again for travel

It was a great value, and the rooms were like they were pictured in the booking app. No surprises! Very clean, good breakfast, great value, great service when we checked in. We only stayed 1 night as we were packing to bring my daughter home from college, but we would stay again.

Beds need to be updated- a total lumpy experience…did not sleep well. Very clean except the floor in my room and the hallway carpets need updating. I had spilled some Sprite on the vinyl flooring in my room and when I wiped it up, the paper towel was black. . The pool was fantastic and clean and beautiful. The hot tub was nice and hot and awesome. The breakfast was great and a nicely kept area and clean.

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel and had a lovely time. On landing in America our bank had frozen our card and cancelled the hotels deposit but I sent them an email and they held the reservation for us. The lady on reception was lovely and made check in easy. Our room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was very good with a selection of hot and cold foods. The pool was lovely and clean and a good temperature.
